All the products go through an intensive layer of checks before they are dispatched.
There are chances that the product might get damaged in transit.
We have a policy where we refund the amount (In form of store credits or discount coupon) if a product is broken/damaged/missing when you receive it. To avail it you must send us a video while unboxing the products from the courier bag, getting it out of the SEALED courier bag and SEALED fully packed box. This leaves no scope for error. Please note in no case the amount will be refunded in form of cash.
In case you have received the wrong product. You need to call customer support or write to us within 48 hours of the delivery and courier the product back within 15 days of delivery.
If reverse shipping will be available in your area, we will get the products picked up by the courier partners. If the courier company delays the process or if the facility is not available in your area, you can courier the product back to us.
In case you courier the product back to us, we will provide you the courier charges in form of store credits up to a maximum of Rs. 100.
Once we receive the product, the complete amount will be provided to you in form of store credits for future purchases that you can use at any point in time.
Make sure you send the invoice along with the product so that the product can be traced back to your order.
No exchanges/refund will be provided in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact.
Please note, we WILL NOT entertain any cases without the unboxing video.
If you want to cancel an order, please mail us within 24 hours of placing the order (Your amount will be refunded in the form of store credits which can be used to make purchases in the future)
Please note if your order is packed/dispatched/in-transit, cancellation request will not be entertained.
